The hotel is conveniently located between two different JR stations and close to nice local restaurants. The rooms are modern and well-equipped but small and hot without air conditioning. The service is a bit off-putting due to the language barrier. The dining experience was below expectations but the price was reasonable. The facilities offer dry cleaning, laundry, and a welcome drink.

The rooms were modern and provided all necessary amenities, but were small and very hot without air conditioning. They were clean except for the top of the headboard behind the bed.

The language barrier was a bit of a turn-off for me. However, the staff was helpful in assisting with our luggage and Hakata Station.
